- Begin by performing a test to determine your maximum number of pullups. Select a training cycle based on your test results. For instance, if you accomplish 7 pullups, commence the program from the 6-8 cycle.
- Adhere to rest periods of at least one day between training sessions, and extend it to 2 days after three consecutive sessions.
- If unable to complete all sets of pullups within a cycle, take a break of 2 or 3 days before retrying.
- Following completion of a cycle, rest for a minimum of 2 days before conducting another test.
- Start your subsequent training cycle after a 2-day break.
- Continue following these instructions until you progress through all cycles, culminating in achieving more than 40 pullups. This structured approach will prepare you to attempt the milestone of performing 50 pullups.
- After completing the final training cycle, take a break, relax for a few days, and reattempt the test. At this point, you are likely to achieve the goal of 50 pullups. If not, repeat the last cycle until success is attained.
